1. How can I accumulate Points?

For every purchase you make in any of Eeetwell channels, you will be able to accumulate points. That is, it doesn't matter if you make the purchase through the web, the app, the kiosk, from Uber, Glovo or even from the store. Whenever you identify yourself with your QR (or by providing your identifier in any way) the purchase will be assigned to your profile and you will accumulate points.

The points of your purchase will be automatically registered in your Eeetwell account, you just have to wait a few minutes after finishing your purchase.

2. How can I scan my QR code in a restaurant?

Every time you place an order in an Eeetwell restaurant, the employees will ask you for your Loyalty number and will pass the reader to scan your QR code. In case it doesn't work, tell the employee your QR number.



3. Where can I find my QR code?

Your QR code is available in several places. You can find it in the app, once you log in from the Home page click on the QR code and it will become large so that you can scan it.

In the same way, if you download the Wallet you will have the QR code at your fingertips.

On Eeetwell website you can also find your Loyalty identifier.



4. How can I add offers to my order?

You can only add one offer per order. Go to the offers section and you will see that of all the offers available, you can only add to your order those that you have enough points to purchase. Once you have selected the offer, click on "Add to cart" so that it appears in the summary of your online order.



5. Do my points expire?

No, they do not expire.



6. Do the offers expire?

Yes, the Eeetwell offer catalog is periodically updated. In each offer you will find the time of validity of the offer.



7. Why are there offers I can't add to my purchase?

When you have enough Points, the rewards will be automatically enabled in your App and you will only have to redeem them in your restaurant.Those that you can't add is because you don't have enough points.



8. I don't see the points for a purchase, how can I add them?

First of all, make sure where you made the purchase. If it was through the Eeetwell app, web, kiosk or directly in the restaurant, it is simple. Simply look in the history of the app or the web for your purchase (or it will also work with the purchase ticket). Then contact your restaurant, show your ticket or the ID of your order from the app or web and your Loyalty number. From the Restaurant Console, the restaurant staff will be able to assign you the points.

9. What are the General Terms and Conditions for Vouchers and Promotions in app?

Vouchers and Promotions – General Terms
Soltan Enterprises LTD may offer promotional vouchers, discounts, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions") for use through the Eeetwell website, app, or in-store. These Promotions are subject to terms and conditions outlined below and are strictly non- transferable and non-refundable, with no cash or monetary value.

Minimum Spend Requirement
To redeem a Promotion through the Eeetwell app, users must meet a minimum spend threshold of 10€ unless specified in a specific promotion’s terms and conditions. This requirement is non- negotiable, and Promotions will only display as "active" once the minimum spend is reached in the user’s cart.

Limited Availability and Expiry
Promotions are available for a limited time and subject to availability. Soltan Enterprises LTD reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Unredeemed Promotions will expire after their designated validity period and cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded.

Redemption and Eligibility
Only users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the Promotion terms may redeem vouchers or discounts. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny or cancel redemption if fraudulent or unauthorized use is suspected.

Restrictions on Use
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. They cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases, nor redeemed for cash, credit, or any equivalent.

Liability Limitation
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in redeeming Promotions due to technical issues, user error, or third-party interference outside our control. If a user experiences a problem with a Promotion, they may contact support within the Promotion’s validity period, though reissuing or applying the Promotion retroactively is not guaranteed.

Modification and Cancellation Rights
Soltan Enterprises LTD reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend any Promotion, including the minimum spend requirement, at its discretion. By participating, users agree to these Terms and acknowledge that failure to meet any condition may result in forfeiture without refund or compensation.
